3. Course Access & License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
• Record, screenshot, or copy video lessons or written materials
• Use our content to create competing products or services

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. If you choose an installment payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of course access until the balance is settled.

5. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a program, you will receive a digital certificate from Think Interior Design Academy. This certificate represents completion of our curriculum and does not confer a government-issued professional license. Requirements for professional licensing vary by jurisdiction and are the student's responsibility to research.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our courses — including videos, text, graphics, assignments, and curriculum — is the intellectual property of Think Interior Design Academy and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other students or staff
• Post spam, false information, or misleading content in community spaces
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with site functionality
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Our courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to deliver high-quality, accurate content, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income levels, or client results. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Interior Design Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or programs. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
